With a blend of aromatic spices, we’ve reimagined these kebabs that are a pride of the nawabs. This Plant-Based Mutton Galouti Kebab is so soft and tender that even the toothless nawab would approve.

Made from a host of aromatic spices and just plants, these Veg Mutton Galouti Kebabs are sure to melt in your mouth. Yes, we wouldn’t have it any other way. No meat, just plants, absolutely vegetarian, AND wholesome. If only the nawabs knew!

Additional Information

The making of the Galouti Kebabs: Vegetables, channa dal, ghee, water, cashew nut paste, spices and condiments, green chilli paste, and onion flakes. Basically all things nice and ethical :)

Storing the package: All our products should be kept frozen at -18℃. Once opened, zip lock the bag properly and store at -18℃. The kebabs are good to be consumed till 5 months from its manufacturing date.

No, our Kind Mutton Galouti Kebab is not plant based. It is 100% vegetarian. At the moment, its signature melt-in-mouth texture comes from clarified butter (or ghee).
Mutton Galouti Kebab - a legacy of Lucknow - is any meat lover’s delight. We believe in keeping food delicious but while being conscious about our carbon footprint and animal ethics. So we reimagined Galouti Kebab using 100% vegetarian sources.
The Kebabs contain 4g protein per 100g serving. These kebabs are made largely from vegetables to replicate the signature melt-in-mouth texture.
Yes, given the use of clarified butter (ghee), the kebabs contain about 10g cholesterol per 100g serving. This is about half the cholesterol present in the meat version.
It’s super easy - will take you all of 4-6 minutes to fully cook and serve them. First, pre-heat the pan with clarified butter (ghee) on medium heat. Then gently place the kebabs on the pan. And cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping very delicately. Do not thaw before cooking.
The kebabs contain nuts and milk. They are manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, barley, oats, soy and sulphite.
Each pack contains 10 pieces.
