A vegetarian twist on a Lucknowi delicacy, the Kind Mutton Galouti Kebab is our take on a timeless recipe. Made from a host of aromatic spices and just plants, these are sure to melt in your mouth. We repeat - No meat, just plants. If only the nawabs knew!

The making of the Kebabs: The Galouti kebab is made from vegetables, chana dal, ghee, water, cashew nut paste, spices and condiments, green chilli paste, and onion flakes. The seekh kebab is made from water, textured soy protein, cashew nut paste, spices and condiments, coriander leaf, breadcrumbs, refined sunflower oil, ginger, green chilli, natural flavouring substance (nothing artificial, just our magic spices), corn starch, pink salt, dehydrated herb and flavour enhancers.

Storing the package: All our products should be kept frozen at -18℃. Once opened, zip lock the bag properly and store at -18℃. Both Seekh and Galouti kebab are good to be consumed till 6 months from their manufacturing date.

Our Kind Mutton Galouti Kebab is 100% vegetarian. At the moment, its signature melt-in-mouth texture comes from clarified butter (or ghee). Our Kind Chicken Seekh Kebabs are 100% plant based.
Both the Seekh and Galouti Kebabs are part of a rich food legacy and are any meat lover's delight. We believe in keeping food delicious but while being conscious about our carbon footprint and without hurting animals. So we reimagined kebabs using plant sources.
The Galouti kebab is made from vegetables, chana dal, ghee, water, cashew nut paste, spices and condiments, green chilli paste, and onion flakes. The seekh kebab is made from water, textured soy protein, cashew nut paste, spices and condiments, coriander leaf, breadcrumbs, refined sunflower oil, ginger, green chilli, natural flavouring substance (nothing artificial, just our magic spices), corn starch, pink salt, dehydrated herb and flavour enhancers.
The Galouti Kebabs contain 4g protein per 100g serving. These kebabs are made largely from vegetables to replicate the signature melt-in-mouth texture. The seekh contains 16g protein per 100g serving. The main source of protein for the kebabs is soy protein.
Galouti is made with clarified butter (ghee) and contains 10g of cholesterol per 100g serving. However, this is about half the cholesterol in the meat version. The seekh kebabs have zero cholesterol.
For the Galouti - Preheat the pan with clarified butter (ghee) on medium heat. Then gently place the kebabs on the pan. And cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping very delicately. Do not thaw before cooking. Delicious kebabs will be ready to serve in 4-6 minutes! For the Seekh - Preheat the pan with oil on medium heat. Then gently place kebabs on the pan. And cook for 6 minutes on each side, turning carefully, until browned. Do not thaw before cooking. And serve fresh!

The Seekh Kebabs contain soy, wheat and nuts. The Galouti Kebabs contain nuts and milk. Both the Seekh and Galouti are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, barley, oats and sulphite.
Each pack of the Seekh Kebab contains 5 pieces and each pack of the Galouti kebab contains 10 pieces.
