Our veg momos are made from water, textured soy protein, refined wheat flour, onion, interesterified vegetable fat, spring onion, coriander leaf, edible sunflower oil, garlic, soy sauce, green chilli, mushroom extract, yeast extract, wheat fiber, sesame oil and seasonings and condiments. Basically all things nice and ethical :)
Our vegan chicken momos contain 12g protein per 100g serving. The main sources of protein for the momos are soy and vital wheat gluten.

It’s super easy and will take you only 6 minutes to cook. For steaming, lightly oil the bottom of your steamer or idli cooker & steam momos for 6 minutes.
To pan fry, preheat 2tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Cook momos until bottoms are evenly browned. Add 2tbsp of water then cover and cook for 3 mins, remove the cover and cook until bottoms are crispy.
All our products should be kept frozen at -18℃. Once opened, zip lock the bag properly and store at -18℃. The momos are good to be consumed till 9 months from its manufacturing date.
