Our Kind Chicken Seekh Kebab, Kind Chicken Samosa, Kind Chicken Burger Patty, Miracle Momos and Kind Chicken Popcorn are 100% plant based.
Our Kind Mutton Galouti Kebab is 100% vegetarian. Its signature melt-in-mouth texture comes from clarified butter (or ghee) and our Miracle Momos are 100% plant based as well as clean label.
We believe in keeping food delicious but while being conscious about our carbon footprint and animal ethics. Even though our Kind Meat is made from plants, it tastes just like your favourite meaty dishes - some say better.
The Kind Chicken Samosa and the Kind Chicken Popcorn contain 22g and 23g protein respectively per 100g. The primary source of protein for both is seitan. The Seekh Kebab contains 16g protein per 100g serving. The main source of protein for the kebabs is soy protein. The Galouti Kebabs contain 4g protein per 100g serving. These kebabs are made largely from vegetables to replicate the signature melt-in-mouth texture. The Miracle Momos & Kind Chicken Burger Patty contain 11g & 6g protein per 100g serving.
Our Kind Chicken Seekh Kebab, Keema Samosa, Burger Patty, Momos and Popcorn have zero cholesterol, so you can indulge guilt free!
The Kind Mutton Galouti Kebab is made with clarified butter (ghee) and contains 10g of cholesterol per 100g serving. However, this is about half the cholesterol in the meat version.
Galouti Kebab: Preheat the pan with clarified butter (ghee) on medium heat. Then gently place the kebabs on the pan. And cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping very delicately. Do not thaw before cooking. Delicious kebabs will be ready to serve in 4-6 minutes!
Seekh Kebab: Preheat the pan with oil on medium heat. Then gently place kebabs on the pan. And cook for 6 minutes on each side, turning carefully, until browned. Do not thaw before cooking. And serve fresh!
Keema Samosa: To deep fry, heat the oil in a deep pan to 180℃. Gently lower the frozen samosas into the oil and fry for 2 minutes till crisp and golden brown. Do not thaw before cooking.
Popcorn: It will take just 1.5 minutes to fully cook it. To deep fry, heat the oil in a deep pan to 180℃. Gently lower the frozen popcorn into the oil and fry for 1.5 minutes till crisp and golden brown. Do not thaw before cooking.
Burger Patty: To deep fry, heat the oil in a deep pan to 180℃. Gently lower the patty into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes till crisp and golden brown. Do not thaw before cooking.
Momos: For steaming, lightly oil the bottom of your steamer or idli cooker & steam momos for 6 minutes. To pan fry, preheat 2tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Cook momos until bottoms are evenly browned. Add 2tbsp of water then cover and cook for 3 mins, remove the cover and cook until bottoms are crispy.
The Seekh Kebabs contain soy, wheat and nuts. The Galouti Kebabs contain nuts and milk. The Samosas and Popcorn contain wheat. Our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, barley, oats and sulphite.
