The filling of our samosas is plant based chicken keema which is made from seitan. Seitan is basically vital wheat gluten which is rich in protein and low in carbs and fat. Apart from seitan, our plant based chicken keema samosas contain green peas and various aromatic spices.
Wheat gluten, refined wheat flour, refined sunflower oil, green peas, coriander, nutritional yeast, green chilli, vinegar and various spices and condiments. Basically all things nice and ethical :)

It’s super easy. And will take you all of 2 minutes to fully cook it. Although deep frying the samosas means more crunch and more punch, you can choose to either shallow fry it or air fry it. To deep fry, heat the oil in a deep pan to 180℃. Gently lower the frozen samosas into the oil and fry for 2 minutes till crisp and golden brown. Do not thaw before cooking.
All our products should be kept frozen at -18℃. Once opened, zip lock the bag properly and store at -18℃. The samosas are good to be consumed till 6 months from its manufacturing date.
