Our obsession started with the crunch of the infamous fried chicken. Admittedly, we loved it too. Until we realised we could make the same thing but from plants. We got the crunch, we got the soft and juicy bite, and we threw in some protein too - all this with a lot less calories.
It’s made from wheat gluten, refined wheat flour, corn flakes (corn grits, sugar, malt, extract, iodised salt), refined sunflower oil, corn starch, nutritional yeast, pink salt, vinegar and various spices and condiments. Basically all things nice and ethical :)
The popcorn contains 23g protein per 100g serving. The primary source of protein is seitan.

It’s super easy. And will take you all of 1.5 minutes to fully cook it. Although deep frying the popcorn means more crunch and more punch, you can choose to either shallow fry it or air fry it. To deep fry, heat the oil in a deep pan to 180℃. Gently lower the frozen popcorn into the oil and fry for 1.5 minutes till crisp and golden brown. Do not thaw before cooking.
All our products should be kept frozen at -18℃. Once opened, zip lock the bag properly and store at -18℃. The popcorn is good to be consumed till 6 months from its manufacturing date.
