  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 cup TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp tomato paste
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1-2 taco shells
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., chopped lettuce, Sliced black olives, chopped/diced tomatoes, avocado, salsa, etc.)

  1. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the ginger, curry powder, cumin, coriander, & turmeric are fragrant.
